  • How long does it take to process my application and how does the selection process work?

    HR will review each application as soon as possible and will also coordinate with the relevant department to determine whether the candidate will be invited for a personal interview. We endeavour to inform applicants as soon as possible of their eligibility for progression to the second round.

    You should book approximately one hour for the interview. We conduct interviews as an open dialogue. On the one hand, it is used to get information about your personality and previous career, and also about your knowledge and skills.     There is no dress code at Axians Slovakia, most colleagues are dressed casually. In the case of a meeting with a customer, the dress should be formal and appropriate to the customer’s job position.
