SAP Outsourcing Center of Axians Slovakia

Our SAP outsourcing centre is located in Žilina, Slovakia. It provides services in the following areas:

  • installation, migration and hardware management for the entire SAP infrastructure
  • management of the operating system, database and SAP system base
  • maintenance of individual SAP system modules
  • modification and development of new SAP system functionalities

The centre uses state-of-the-art hardware equipment, connectivity is via direct lines or a virtual private network. An important added value for customers is the use of solutions for Continuous Data Protection, Disaster Recovery and data replication. A special service of the centre is Outsourcing of historical SAP systems, which enterprises need to keep in their original form for a certain period of time, even if they no longer use them for their core business. SAP Outsourcing Center services are provided at three SLA (Service Level Agreement) levels in terms of availability of the running SAP system.

SAP Outtasking – support for critical time periods

For customers with their own IT infrastructure, it is possible to use remotely some of the services of the SAP outsourcing centre remotely, in the form of so-called outtasking or selective outsourcing. This way of providing services allows to request additional resources for support and ensuring system operation only for critical time periods, e.g. closing works, increased operational needs, launching new applications into productive operation, etc. Thus, the customer does not need to have its own technical and human resources allocated for these cases, which remain unused for other periods and lead to increased costs.
